Apart from Rahmat Shah and Azmatullah Omarzai, none of the Afghan batsmen could put up a fight at the Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Rahmat Shah scored 36 and Omarzai scored 27 runs. Afghanistan were all out for 139 runs in 34.4 overs.
