Norway House RCMP execute warrant and seize a firearm, drugs and cash

On October 7, 2022, as part of an ongoing investigation, Norway House RCMP along with assistance from the Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team (CREST) and the Emergency Response Team, executed a warrant at a residence on Norway House Cree Nation.

Officers seized a handgun, ammunition, 20 grams of individually wrapped crack cocaine and cash.

Two adults from Norway Cree Nation were arrested at the scene.

A 47-year-old female is facing drug charges. She was released with an upcoming court date.

Macarthur Colon, 18, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and numerous firearms related offences. He was remanded into custody.
