Renowned model, anchor and actress Peya Jannatul is also a lawyer by profession. She has been enlisted as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, recently. The artiste has posted a note regarding this, on her social media feed.
The post reads, “I’m immensely proud to say that I have become Advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh. I had to work hard to add this title to my legal profession. Extremely satisfied with the life and the people and my pets that I am surrounded by.”
Beginning her journey through modeling for the ramp, Miss Bangladesh 2007 opened the doors for her, and she has successfully working in the showbiz as one of the most distinguished faces in the media.
She has appeared on billboards and fashion shows for many years. She made her silver screen debut with Redoan Rony’s “Chorabali”. Her last film was “Chitmahal”, which was released on January this year.
Directed by H R Habib, the film is inspired by the true events of the lives of the enclaved people during the partition of India in 1947, “Chitmahal” was filmed in Panchagarh, Maroa Chitmahal.
