RCMP seeking public’s help following theft of ATM

The Keswick RCMP is seeking the public’s help following a break, enter and theft in Burtts Corner, N.B.

On July 16, 2021, at approximately 4:15 a.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter at Bird’s Corner Store on Burtts Corner Bye Road.

The suspects were driving what appears to be an older model Chevrolet or GMC regular cab pickup truck and stole an ATM machine from the store.

Police are releasing surveillance video photos of the individuals and are hoping information from the public may help identify them or provide additional information to help the investigation. The first individual is described as wearing black pants, a black zip-up sweater with white stripes on the arms, a white t-shirt and black shoes. The second individual is described as wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants. Both individuals were wearing black hats, face masks and gloves.

Anyone who recognizes the individuals or the pickup truck, or who may have witnessed suspicious activity on Burtts Corner Bye Road in the early morning hours of July 16, is asked to contact the Keswick RCMP at 506-357-4300.
