Thompson RCMP searching for armed robbery suspects

The Thompson RCMP responded to a robbery complaint on March 26, 2023, around 11:50 p.m., in the parking lot of a business on Public Road in the City of Thompson.

Officials were exhorted that a 43-year-old male had been ransacked by an obscure male suspect who was furnished with a cut off shotgun. Along with a male and female companion, the suspect left the scene.

There were no reports of harm.

The sawed-off shotgun-wielding suspect was described as being dressed in runners, a red ballcap, and a black and grey sweater. The two other suspects were dressed in black.

The RCMP are seeking assistance in locating the three suspects who were caught on surveillance video during the robbery.
